Browsing and security
The website provides company information and ways to contact our team. Hosting and website security providers, including Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the website and investigate faults. Necessary cookies help protect online forms. We have not added advertising or analytics scripts to the public website. External social/app-store links are links rather than embedded tracking widgets.
Contacting our team
Email and telephone links open your chosen application; they do not send messages automatically. Information you choose to provide through those channels is used to respond and discuss your requirements. Our business email uses Microsoft 365. Please avoid sending passwords, verification codes or sensitive personal details in an initial enquiry.
Online contact, quotation and demo requests
If online forms are available, we collect your name, email, phone number and company name, selected service, enquiry purpose and message. A request is stored in our enquiry system and linked to a CRM lead for authorized staff to respond, assign a responsible team member and follow up. A free Aqarent demo request allows our team to contact you to arrange a suitable time; submitting it does not confirm a booking. A quotation request does not create a contract, invoice or customer account.
Before sending, you must explicitly agree to use of your details to respond to the enquiry. This agreement is not preselected and is not consent to unrelated marketing. We retain the time of agreement, submission reference, exact notice content/version and consent wording presented. If the published notice changes before you send the form, you will be asked to review it and agree again. Repeated delivery of the same accepted submission does not create another lead.
Retention and requests
Contact [email protected] with questions about your enquiry information or a request for access, correction or deletion. We will review the request, identify the relevant correspondence and explain any applicable business or legal requirements. Deletion is handled manually after review by authorized staff; automatic deletion is disabled. No fixed retention period is specified. Historical notice versions remain available to explain the consent attached to an accepted enquiry.
Other websites and private portals
External websites and services have their own information practices. The CMS and CRM are restricted to authorized staff; this notice concerns the public website and enquiry workflows. Review the relevant notice before providing information to another service.
